Mohammad writes extensively online with an emphasis on life skills. Life skills are a broad set of abilities enabling individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life (World Health Organization, 1999). Mohammad believes that life skills are crucial for managing personal and professional challenges, making informed decisions, communicating effectively, and maintaining healthy relationships in family, social and professional settings.

Mohammad has 16 years of teaching, leadership, and quality enhancement experience in the UK Higher Education (HE) sector. In May 2023, he assumed the role of Head of Academics & Quality Control at the Commonwealth College of Excellence (CCE), where he has been instrumental in leading academic operations and spearheading the institution’s growth. Since joining CCE, he has successfully managed the quality of various programme deliveries, ensuring that continuation, completion, and progression remain at the highest level.

Prior to his current role, Mohammad enriched Regent College London with his expertise as the Head of the School of Business & Enterprise for four years. There, he played a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, in collaboration with prestigious institutions such as the University of Bolton, Buckinghamshire New University, and Pearson. His responsibilities included strategic planning, delivery oversight, and ensuring the curriculum’s relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Mohammad’s career also includes an eight-year tenure as Head of the Business Department at London College UCK. In this capacity, he oversaw the delivery of Pearson HND and University of Derby Business Management programmes, leading his academic team to success in programme delivery, marking, and both internal and external moderation processes. Additionally, his contributions to curriculum development and programme validation have been significant.

As an External Examiner (EE) for OTHM qualifications, Mohammad continues to uphold the highest standards of academic excellence, ensuring the integrity and quality of student work.

He holds an MBA from the University of Greenwich and an MEd degree from London Metropolitan University, credentials that underscore his profound expertise and commitment to the field of education.
